Interested eligible contractors with sound capacity, relevant experience in similar work and duly registered under Puntland government are here by invited to collect tender document from Islamic Relief Garowe Office at the above address.

Requirements for Tender Documents

3. Delivery Location: Garowe, Godobjiran and Burtinle of Nugal region.
4. Inco terms: DAP (Delivery at Place).
5. Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address - this carries an evaluation mark of 5%.
6. Most recent Bank statements (printed in last 6months), with full details of account movement - (this carries an evaluation mark of 25%).
7. Valid Commercial License from the Ministry of Commerce – Puntland, (this carries an evaluation mark of 3%).
8. Tender Board Registration – Puntland - (this carries an evaluation mark of 1%).
9. Tax Clearance from the Ministry of Finance – Puntland, (this carries an evaluation mark of 1%).
10. Evidence of Past Experience in a similar/relevant work (Contacts of Supply of Seeds, Agricultural inputs, Nursery plantation etc.) from UN/INGOs/Government - (this carries an evaluation mark of 25%).
11. Supplier within the budget - (this carries an evaluation mark of 40%).
12. Currency: US Dollars.
13. Payments: Complete (100%) of the contract value will be paid once, after the completion of 100% of the Purchase, Supply and Distribution of Seeds and Agricultural Tools to 200 farmers and Alfa-Alfa and Sudan Grass Fodder Seeds to Additional 200 farmers in Garowe, Godobjiran and Burtinle of Nugal region. 
14. Completeness of documentation: Partial bids will not be accepted.

16. Bids: Bids should be submitted on the IRS RFQ signed and fully stamped.
17. Evaluations of Quotations: Only responsive bidders to the technical specifications of the bid will be evaluated.
18. Award of a Purchase Order/Contract: PO/Contract will be awarded to lowest acceptable priced and technically qualified bidder. The successful bidder will sign a Contract or (Purchase Order) as per the Islamic Relief Somalia General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Goods or Services.
