The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS) is inviting experienced qualified LUUQ BASED suppliers to participate in the tender for procurement of Non-food Items (NFIs) and MHM Kits for the Displaced People in Luuq District and Delivers to SRCS Sub-branch office in Luuq

Eligibility / Legal Documents

Company registration certificate from the district authority/related State Ministers/ federal ministries
Company Profile
Copy of at least two Previous Contracts/Purchase Orders for similar work.
Company’s bank statement for the last 6 months

Project Scope:

Procurement of NFI items and MHM (Menstrual hygiene management) Kits
Delivery of the procured supplies to SRCS Luuq sub-branch office.

How To Apply

The interested and qualified companies shall send an expression of interest along with the above-mentioned Eligibility documents to srcsbarderaprocurement@gmail.com. After receiving and reviewing the eligibility documents SRCS will share Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the short-listed companies only.

The expression of interest and Eligibility documents must be received on or before 30th September, 2024.
