Overall Job Purpose
The SRCS with support from the German Red Cross (GRC) is implementing the Forecast-based Financing (FbF) project focused on anticipating hazards and taking early/anticipatory actions. Additionally, the profile will be required to set up an Information Management System and basic maintenance of IT equipment in the EOC. The Officer will also be expected to provide necessary data training to SRCS staff and Volunteers.
