Interested eligible contractors with sound capacity, relevant experience in similar work and duly registered under Puntland government are here by invited to collect tender document from Islamic Relief Garowe Office at the above address.

Requirements for Tender Documents

d) Inco terms: DAP (Delivery at Place).

a) Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address - this carries an evaluation mark of 5%.

b) Most recent Bank statements (printed in last 6months), with full details of account movement - (this carries an evaluation mark of 20%).

c) Valid Commercial License from the Ministry of Commerce – Puntland, (this carries an evaluation mark of 2%).

d) Valid Public of Work registration from the Ministry of Public Work – Puntland, (this carries an evaluation mark of 1%).

e) Tender Board Registration – Puntland - (this carries an evaluation mark of 1%).

f) Tax Clearance from the Ministry of Finance – Puntland, (this carries an evaluation mark of 1%).

g) Evidence of Past Experience in a similar/relevant work (Supply of cold chain equipment’s, Plus Freezers, Refrigerators, etc) E.g. (LPOs/Contracts, etc.) - (this carries an evaluation mark of 30%).

h) Supplier within the budget-(this carries an evaluation mark of 40%).

i) Currency: US Dollars.

j) Payments: 70% of the contract value will be paid after the completion of the 100% of the work/supply, and 30% of the contract will be held retention for three months (90 days).

k) Completeness of documentations: Partial bids will not be accepted.

l) Language: English

m) Bids: Bids should be submitted on the IRS RFQ signed and fully stamped.

n) Evaluations of Quotations: Only responsive bidders to the technical specifications of the bid will be evaluated.

o) Award of a Purchase Order/Contract: PO/Contract will be awarded to lowest acceptable priced and technically qualified bidder. The successful bidder will sign a Contract or (Purchase Order) as per the Islamic Relief Somalia General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Goods or Services.

Interested suppliers with the capacity to deliver are invited to submit their documents to Islamic Relief Garowe office in SEALED envelopes clearly marked with quotation reference number as indicated above.

Tender Duration and Deadline

Tender document with detail specification and terms and conditions will be at procurement and logistics unit of Islamic Relief Somalia - Garowe office, the deadline for submitting bids is 26th April, 2025 (05:00 PM) and any tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted.
