With reference to the subject tender, kindly note that the deadline for the above tender proposal’s bid submission deadline has been extended from 28th August, 2025 at 11:00 am, Mogadishu Local Time to 4th September, 2025 at 11:00 am, Mogadishu Local Time.
Consequently, your offer comprising submitted using one stage envelope method, in which a bid is submitted in one sealed envelope, which is opened on the specified date and time in a single bid
