MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Advanced University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other
relevant field, or first University degree with additional years of related work
experience and/or Training/courses.
Experience: At least 5 years of postgraduate progressively responsively professional experience
in financial, budgeting and accounting Systems in commercial enterprises, national
governments, or international organizations. At least three (3) years of postgraduate professional experience.
Language: Fluency in oral and written communication in English and Somali.
