Tender for Supply of Food Commodities
Supply of Food Commodities for DAF School Feeding Program, Belet Hawa, Somalia.
Trócaire invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of food
commodities to Gawido, Khalid and Malkariye Primary Schools in Beled Xawa town, Somalia, as per the
distribution plan attached as Appendix 1.

Eligibility Requirements:
Interested bidders must:

1. Valid business registration certificate and trading licence in Somalia (GEDO, Somalia).
2. At least three (3) years’ experience in the supply of food commodities, preferably to INGOs/NGOs.
3. References from at least two clients over the past three years.
4. Valid and current Tax Compliance Certificate with Local (GEDO, Somalia).
5. Capacity to deliver to the three schools in Beled Xawa as per the distribution plan (Appendix 1).
6. Commodities must be fit for human consumption, properly packed and labelled with expiry dates.
7. Acceptance of Trócaire's General Terms & Conditions of Procurement and Supplier Code of
   Conduct.
8. Submit financial offer in United States Dollars (USD), valid for at least 90 days With Stamped
