TENDER NOTICE
1. Introduction
University of Hargeisa: Founded in 1998 and officially opened on 23 October 2000, the University of Hargeisa stands as a beacon of academic excellence, research, and community service in Somaliland. 2. Project Background
In alignment with the World Health Assembly Resolution WHA71.7 (26 May 2018) and the World Health Organization’s Global Strategy on Digital Health (2020–2025), UoH is committed to adopting digital health technologies to improve medical education and healthcare delivery. To support this initiative, the university is launching a Digital Health Project aimed at enhancing the quality of higher education in Somaliland by developing micro-credentials in digital health. These credentials will equip future health professionals with essential skills required in the evolving healthcare sector.
3. Invitation to Tender
The University of Hargeisa invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified national and international suppliers for the supply of equipment to support the Digital Health Project. Suppliers must demonstrate capacity and experience in providing the required equipment according to the specifications below.
