How To Apply

1. Clarificationof Bidding Document
   • Aprospective tenderer making an inquiry relating to the tender document may notify WVS in writing at (Abdullahi_jama@wvi.org ). WVS will only respond to requests for clarification received no later than (15.1.2025). Copies of WVS response will be forwarded to all tenderers, including a description of the inquiry, but without identifying its source.

2. Submission of Tenders

• Completed tender documents (Mandatory Requirement, Technical Requirement and Financial Requirement) insealed envelope clearly marked with the Lot Number bided for and the title Fuel supply in the respective location must be deposited in the tender box located at WVS Galmudug Galkacyo office before the deadline date and time (15.1.2025), and recorded in the log
• TheTender Opening Committee will be convened promptly, on (16.1.2025) at 9:00 Am to open the bids.
• Formal bids being submitted must be on formal company letters, duly signed and stamped, must indicatethe Full Company Name, Physical Address, Contact Telephone Number/contact Email address, Directors Names, addresses and their telephone
