Title: PROVISION OF HOTEL AND CONFERENCE SERVICES UNDER A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

FCA SOCO is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested Contractors to provide the following work.
Bidding will be conducted through open tender procedure.
1. All the services are for FCA activities in Somalia.
2. All the services are to be delivered into different States of Somalia as stated in the dossier.
3. Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in USD only.
4. Please refer to the tender Dossier for minimum selection requirements and evaluation criteria.
5. All bids, in English language only, must be submitted electronically through secured email: Tenders.soco@kua.fi by 5th December, 2024 at 23:50 hours (East African Time), with the tender reference and tender name written on the subject line. Late bids will be rejected, and bids submitted through any other emails, different from the one stated above will be disqualified.
6. Tenders will be opened through a virtual meeting; invitation links will be sent to Applicants who are interested to attend.
7. Tender documents will be available from 17th November 2024. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost by contacting FCA VIA email - procurement.soco@kua.fi Subject Line of the email should be the tender reference number (PR-SOCO-MGQ-371).

FCA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
At the time the contract is awarded, FCA reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of Goods, Works or Services originally specified in the tender notice, provided this does not exceed the percentage(s) specified in the tender notice, and without any change in the unit prices. If no percentage is determined in the tender notice, the percentage to be taken into consideration by default is 10%”
Tenderer´s bid should remain valid for a delay of at least 90 days. Should a tenderer retract his bid before the delay is up, he shall run the risk of not being considered in a future tender.
FCA has zero tolerance concerning aid diversion and illegal actions and may screen identified parties (i.e., staff, contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc.) against international lists to ensure due diligence and compliance with Anti-money laundering and CFT requirements.
