Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Officer to administer all facets of our HR management, compliance, and training for Pharo Ventures. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager, providing administration in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across all ventures. S/he will play a pivotal role in building modern HR processes and policies, ensuring adherence to Somaliland labor laws requirements, delivering training programs, and fostering a culture of compliance and best practices.
This role demands exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for working with people. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while helping employees navigate various challenges is essential.
