Description of the Assignment: National Consultant-Community Consultations on Cooperatives, Farming Households & Agro-Dealers
Period of assignment/services (20 working days): [for a period of two months]

chain analysis.
• Familiarity with the Somali context, especially Jubaland.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with government, private sector, and civil society on agricultural
development.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Somali language skills are an asset.
• Familiarity with Somalia's agricultural context and donor agency policies, procedures,
and practices (Netherlands, UNDP) is beneficial
