Recruitment Objectives
The IVTC is dedicated to improving vocational training system in Somalia. In line with this commitment, selected ICT Master Trainer will undergo comprehensive training in vocational pedagogy, the use of teaching and learning materials, concepts, and philosophies of vocational instruction. They will also recieve instructions on how to practice training methodologies to help other instructors choose strategies and techniques to deliver tranining.

General Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities for Entreperneurship Master Trainers
Master trainers are basically required to work as lead instructors and to provide overall coordination for a team of facilitators/instructors who are working collaboratively in the department to ensure that the trainees accomplish their overall course objectives.
Workload
- 40 hrs per week in teaching during the academic year. More task at the discretion of the center instructor schedules will be subject to the discretion of center management.
Key Deliverables
As an ICT instructor/master trainer, you will handle instructing students in various aspects of ICT including Web and App development, networking and the other ICT Related courses. You will teach principles, methodologies, and practices used in various business fields.
Technica skills: Proven ability to effectively deliver technical information and teach courses within the ICT Department including Web and App Development courses;
