: QUALIFICATION
Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements, supported by relevant documents
at submission, to be considered for further evaluation:
• Valid business registration and licensing documents
• Attached Tax Compliance Certificates
• Company Profile indicating similar experience
• Attached duly filled Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Submission of all necessary documentation

COMPLETED TENDER DOCUMENTS
All quotations shall be submitted via email to rfq-in-som@windle.orgNo physical
submissions will be accepted. The deadline for submission is on Monday, 12th January
2026. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
