1. Invitation to Tender 

WVS is inviting prospective bidders to bid for fuel supply in the location stated above table.

2. RFP Timetable

1.Evaluation Award Criteria

All bidders will be evaluated against the following criteria:

1.1Mandatory Requirement:

ØProvide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration (license)

ØProvide a certified copy of tax registration (from ministry of finance)

ØAttach last six months bank statements-Signed by the issuing Bank

Note: Bidders who will not adhere to mandatory requirements will automatically be disqualified.

Note: Selected winner will be required to sign and stamp the supplier code of conduct

1.2Technical Requirement:

1.The bidder should have fuel dispenser machines in the respective District (share and attach the photos)

2. The bidder should have enough parking spaces in order vehicles to have access when taking fuel (photo from the parking yard)

3.Should have enough stock of fuel all time (provide evidence such fuel tanks)

4.Similar past experience with at least three previous clients (attach copy of purchase orders, Contracts & etc)

5.Attach last six months bank statements-Signed by the issuing Bank

1.3Financial Requirement:

ØCompetitive Market Price- Provide quote in USD and prices should remain ungagged for 24th Months

Ø Payment Terms- Terms of Payments will be paid within one Month period

ØThe bidder must be willing to supply fuels on a credit basis
