ActionAid International is a global justice Federation working in about 70 countries across the world to achieve social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication. ActionAid is currently registered in Somaliland with the Ministry of National Planning and Development. We have been operating in Somaliland for over 32 years with most operations concentrated in 4 out of 6 regions in Somaliland. We work directly in many communities across our operational areas with people’s organizations, women’s movements, youth activists, and networks, social movements, and other allies to overcome the structural causes and consequences of poverty and injustice. We connect the work we do at community level with broader efforts and struggles for justice at the national, regional, and global level to make the greatest contribution towards a just, equitable and sustainable world.
1. INTRODUCTION
ActionAid International Somaliland is soliciting expressions of interest and submission of prequalification applications from a qualified printing Agency/Company/Business. The printing agency should be able to provide quality printing materials. Hence, any interested agency/company can apply by sending an email to admin.somaliland@actionaid.org to request sample of printing materials as mentioned below from ActionAid to prepare the quotation. All the quotations should be sealed, stamped, and submitted to ActionAid Hargeisa office at the latest on Sunday, 2 Febraury 2025.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The suppliers shall quote prices in USD only.
The selected supplier will work for ActionAid Somaliland for a period to be agreed.
The selection process depends on the eligibility criteria and printing agencies have equal opportunities.
A formal application on the company letterhead must be submitted by hand delivery to ActionAid Office in Hargeisa in a sealed envelope clearly marked prequalification application by latest on Sunday, 2 February 2025 at 4:00 pm, at ActionAid Hargeisa Office, at Masalaha area, near Ambassador Hotel.
