The District Council of Adaado has received funding from the Dowlad-Kaab Programme for Local Governance and Decentralized Service Delivery, and would like to apply part of the funds for Extension.
The District Council of Adaado therefore advertises for bids from eligible and suitably qualified companies to provide the following services:

1. Balaarinta Schoolka Imaamu Nawaawi: Extension of Imaamu Nawaawi School
2. Balaarinta Schoolka Dayax: Extention of Dayax School
Bid Documents are available from 11-September-2025 District Council at a cost of US $ 20 per set. An official receipt will be issued. Bidders must attach a copy of the receipt issued to their bid.
The bid opens on 11-September-2025, and closes at 12:00 on 21-September 2025.
All Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other documentation in the said documents.

3. Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) -- From Ministry of Finance, Galmudug State (valid).
4. Receipt for Bidding Documents --- Proof of payment of USD 20 from Adado District (attach copy).
5. Certificates of Completion --- Similar projects completed in the past three (3) years (UN/INGO/Government etc.).
6. CV(s) of Key Personnel --- Project Engineer (and site supervisor), with academic/registration certificates.
7. Company Profile ---- Legal status, ownership, organizational structure, and contact details.
8. Priced BoQ ----- Fully priced BoQ per lot (amount in figures and words), inclusive of all taxes.
9. Signed Form of Tender --- Properly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
10. Bank Statement --- Company bank statement for the last 12 months.
11. Equipment & Capacity ---- List/ownership/lease of key equipment and logistics available for the works.
