TENDER NOTICE REF: ACRIF/TD/2024/02                               

SUBJECT: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFIED LIST OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2024/2025

1. About ACRIF (former ANPPCAN SOMALILAND)

ACRIF is a child rights organization. ACRIF was founded in 2008 and has its headquarters in Hargeisa, Somaliland. ACRIF is a development and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls and boys. We strive for a just continent, working together with children, young people, our supporters, and our partners. ACRIF intend to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers to carry out its work in an efficient and effective manner in order to promote supplier partnership and to improve on the quality of products and services whilst achieving the most competitive prices.

1. CATEGORIES

ACRIF invites applications for pre-qualification from interested, competent companies and individuals to tender for the supply of goods and services in the under listed categories below for the year 2024/2025.

1. ACRIF/TD/2023/02: Invitation to Tender for Provision of hospitality services (Training, Workshop, Conference, Accommodation and Catering service
2. ACRIF/TD/2023/03: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Transport Rental Services (Cargo trucks, vehicle rental 4X4 land cruisers and taxi services)
3. ACRIF/TD/2023/04: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Carpentry Workshops (Office Furniture, Tables and Chairs)
4. ACRIF/TD/2023/05: Invitation to Tender for Provision of General Store (Detergents, Soap, Toiletries Cleaning Materials and Equipment, register books, referral forms (booklets), mats, hand washing facilities and bar soap)
5. ACRIF/TD/2023/06: Invitation to Tender for Provision of General Store (Food stuffs, Refreshments and Drinking Water)
6. ACRIF/TD/2023/07: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Electrical fittings, lighting materials, solar energy and installation services

9. ACRIF/TD/2023/10: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Printing Press Services; Promotional/Visibility material, Design and Layout of IEC materials (printing of calendars, diaries T-shirts, caps, posters, ID cards, manufacture of signboards, Banners and Billboards)

11. ACRIF/TD/2023/12: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Vehicle spare parts and accessories
12. ACRIF/TD/2023/13: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Petroleum products (fuel, Oil Gas and lubricants)
13. ACRIF/TD/2023/14: Invitation to Tender for Provision of maintenance services for vehicles
14. ACRIF/TD/2023/15: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Maintenance of Computers, Printers & and IT related-Equipment
15. ACRIF/TD/2023/16: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Supply of Medical equipment and materials (hospital beds, nurse uniforms, sanitary items, register books, referral forms, mats, counselling cards, hand washing facilities, bar soap and other related materials.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

1. The applicants shall prepare a document comprising the prequalification document clearly marked with the category.
2. The prequalification document shall be typed or written in indelible ink (in the case of copies, photocopies are acceptable) and shall be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to sign on behalf of the applicant.

iii.    The prequalification document shall be without alterations, omissions or conditions except as necessary to correct errors made by the applicant, in which case such corrections shall be initiated by person or persons signing the prequalification.

1. Late submission of documents will not be accepted. Canvassing for tenders by bidders/applicants or by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification.
2. The applicants are required to submit pre-qualification request per tender category in separate application if the applicant is interested in more than one category.
3. Each application must be clearly marked with the tender category reference code number the supplier is applying for prequalification.

viii.            Any prequalification document received after the deadline will be disqualified.

1. Applications received after the closing date shall be rejected.
2. Provide all the mandatory requirements to qualify for detailed Technical Evaluation
3. Giving false information constitutes a serious offence and is basis for disqualification

In the light of this, a range of back ground checks will be undertaken in conformity with ACRIF's Adult and Child Safeguarding Policy.
