Candlelight is in the process of pre-qualifying potential service providers for supply of goods and services for a period from 2025 - 2027. Candlelight hereby invites all suitable service providers in Hargeisa and Buroa to submit sealed bids for services, works and supplies as specified here below:
Invitation Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for 2025 - 2027
Candlelight is in the process of pre-qualifying potential service providers for supply of goods and services for a period from 2025 - 2027. Candlelight hereby invites all suitable service providers in Hargeisa and Burco to submit sealed bids for services, works and supplies as specified here below:

Candlelight is inviting all prequalified suppliers to compete for the provision of various goods and services in Somaliland, Candlelight requires a wide range of goods and services categorized into specific sectors.
Documents to be submitted with Bid
Business license issued by the Ministry of Commerce in Somaliland
Registration certificate from the Ministry of Public Works
Tax clearance certificate from Ministry of Finance in Somaliland (applicable for those who have licenses)
Local government registration certificate
Company profile indicating full address, contact persons, key personnel
Bank statement for the last six months
Certificates, recommendations, contracts of completion on similar previously completed works – Attach
Supplier ethical obligation- Annex A
Supplier questionnaire – Annex B
Completed Suppliers Relevant Experience – Annex C
For consultants, trainers, facilitators, and enumerators, please attach your updated CVs and experience/profile in similar work.

Application for registration documents must be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes or through email provided below showing the category # applied.
Completed prequalification documents. Applications can be submitted in a sealed envelope, MUST indicate the category number, and item description, and marked as” prequalified suppliers-2025-2027 and should be sent through this email procurement@candlelightsom.org or deposited in the prequalification tender box in the Candlelight main office Sha’ab area near Golada State house, located in Hargeisa or Candlelight Office, Mohamed Ali, Tuurta, Buroa, A designated box for application submissions will be available at the offices for this purpose.
Use the subject line to indicate the tender category reference number you are applying for (e.g., CL//2025-2027/01).
If applying for multiple categories, submit separate applications for each, with the appropriate reference numbers.
All responses should be included in the questionnaire form provided, together with supporting documents in numbered with reference number. Only complete questionnaires, submitted with all the necessary supporting documentation, will be considered.
