The African Children's Rights Foundation (ACRIF), formerly known as ANPPCAN Somaliland, is a child rights organization established in 2008 with its headquarters in Hargeisa, Somaliland. ACRIF is dedicated to advancing children's rights and promoting equality for girls and boys across Somaliland. Our mission is to foster just and equitable societies by working alongside children, young people, and our partners to address the challenges they face and develop sustainable solutions. ACRIF's work spans across various sectors, including health, education, child protection, and humanitarian aid.
Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for 2025/2026
The African Children's Rights Foundation (ACRIF), based in Hargeisa, Somaliland, invites applications from qualified and interested suppliers to participate in the pre-qualification process for the supply of goods and services for the financial year 2025/2026.
We aim to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of products and services while achieving competitive prices. Suppliers with proven technical, financial, and managerial capacity are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must complete the Supplier Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and provide all required documents outlined in the tender notice and questionnaire, including:

Applications can be submitted as a physical file to the ACRIF main office located in Hargeisa. A designated box for application submissions will be available at the office for this purpose.
Use the subject line to clearly indicate the tender category reference number you are applying for (e.g., ACRIF/TD/2025/01/03).
If applying for multiple categories, submit separate applications for each, with the appropriate reference numbers.
