As Graduation Approach (GA) Lead, Somalia Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA), you will contribute to World Vision's important work in Somalia by ensuring that the activity design stays true to the Graduation Approach of the RFSA while also ensuring that the social dimensions of food security and community resilience are effectively addressed across all activity components and at all levels throughout the entire award period. You will play a critical role in integrating social inclusion—in particular, IDP, marginalized population, gender, and youth integration to ensure the intended Activity outcomes are met. You will ensure that all components of the graduation approach work together to create multiplier effects across and between components.
