DESCRIPTION: Expression of Interest-Fixing Plastic lining of Kalbare Dam Rehabilitation and Upgrading
World Vision International (WVI), with support from the World Food Programme (WFP), is implementing an Early Recovery Programme in Burao District, Somaliland. The programme focuses on restoring critical community water assets to strengthen resilience in drought‑affected pastoral and agro‑pastoral communities.
During the Community-Based Participatory Planning (CBPP) process conducted in July 2025 across target villages, including Kalbare and Warcimraan, communities prioritised the rehabilitation of their communal earth dams as essential due to severe water shortages, high sedimentation, and structural damages.

We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide above-named goods to World Vision International Somaliland Program.
