World Vision International (WVI-S) is a non-profit relief and development organization. WVI Somalia operations in Somalia-(Hirshabelle-Jowhar) hereby jointly invite qualified and interested suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Procurement and Pre-Positioning of Flood Response, Rescue Equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)-Jowhar
World Vision International entities (Hirshabelle-Jowhar) in Somalia, jointly invites interested applicants (Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) to submit their expression of interest by filling the online form.

We hereby invite Expressions of Interest from legally registered flood response equipment supply companies with proven experience in the supplying safety, rescue, marine, or humanitarian emergency equipment and Reputable vendors capable of providing flood response supply in Jowhar-Middle Shabelle.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS
Interested bidders must be registered in Jowhar district - to provide goods, works and services in their respective district.
Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link World Vision Somalia-Expression of Interest (EOI) – Fill out form or in the below barcode by 5:00 PM Tuesday 26th May 2026.
Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
