Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work
as an External Collaborator, providing regional web editorial support from 1 May to 31
December 2026 at approximately one day per week. Below is a summary of the work to be
performed: The collaborator will review, edit, format, upload and quality-check articles for
publication on the ILO website from Country Offices and projects in Africa. The role will help
reduce backlogs of pending articles, support offices with limited communication capacity, and
ensure that published content complies with ILO web, editorial and accessibility standards. The
collaborator will also help strengthen the quality and impact focus of regional web content in
line with the Regional Communications Strategy for Africa 2026-2027. The assignment is
home-based and no travel is foreseen.

Experiences and Qualifications

The collaborator will review, edit, format, upload and quality-check articles for
publication on the ILO website from Country Offices and projects in Africa.
