TERMS OF REFERENCES FOR PROVISION OF TAXI TRANSPORT SERVICES

CONCERN WORLDWIDE – SOMALILAND PROGRAMME

1. Background

Concern Worldwide is a humanitarian organisation working to support vulnerable communities in Somaliland. To support programme implementation and operational movements, Concern Worldwide Somaliland Programme seeks to identify reliable and professional taxi service providers capable of providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for staff and authorised visitors within Hargeisa.

2. Objective

The objective of this exercise is to identify qualified taxi service providers with the capacity to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective transport services.

3. Scope of Service

The selected service provider(s) will be expected to provide:

• Taxi transportation services for Concern staff and authorised visitors to their desired destination within Hargeisa. 
• Day and night transport services as required. 
• Safe and professional drivers are familiar with local routes. 
• Vehicles in good working conditions (clean, seatbelts, properly equipped…) with required safety measures.
