1. Background
The Somaliland Non-State Actors Forum (SONSAF) has played a pivotal role in promoting democratization and facilitating free, credible, fair, and transparent electoral processes in Somaliland. As a leading civil society platform, SONSAF is deeply committed to strengthening Somaliland’s democratic institutions, ensuring inclusive participation, and fostering accountable governance.
2. Objective of the Assignment
Somaliland Non-State Actors Forum (SONSAF) is seeking an experienced logistics company to support the election observation mission for an upcoming election in 13th of November 2024.
All interested leasing companies participating in this tender process is required to meet the following minimum set of conditions and standards:
a. License: the company must possess a valid registration from relevant authorities or an operating license from designated governmental authorities
b. Company Profile: the company must present documented evidence of experience indicating the company has undertaken works of similar nature for the past 2-4 years, possesses necessary resources, human, materials and ability to mobilize such a resource for short notice for the project
All eligible companies are required to send the above document through email or deliver it to SONSAF Office at 2:00 pm. (Local time) 8th November 2024.
