WARDI is a national non-governmental organization operating across South-Central Somalia, delivering humanitarian and development programs in sectors including health, nutrition, WASH, education, food security and livelihoods, protection, resilience, and emergency response.
WARDI Relief and Development Initiative (WARDI) invites applications from interested, eligible, and qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers for pre-qualification for the supply of goods, works, and services for the period March 2026 to February 2029.
Purpose of the Pre-Qualification
The pre-qualification exercise aims to establish a reliable and vetted database of suppliers who meet minimum technical, financial, legal, and ethical standards to support WARDI procurement activities.
Pre-qualified suppliers will be eligible to participate in future procurement opportunities including Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Invitations to Bid (ITB), and Requests for Proposals (RFP). Pre-qualification does not guarantee contract award.

The deadline for submission is February 28th, 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Pre-qualification will be valid for up to three years, subject to compliance and document updates when required.
