NCA invites interested companies to participates in the procurement process for the following lots:  

1. NCA is an independent humanitarian organization established in Norway to work with people around

   and help make a positive difference around the world. We are determined to work towards
   eradicating injustice, and we therefore work passionately with advocacy, long-term development in
   local communities and providing emergency assistance. NCA became active in Gedo Region in the
   year 1993.The construction works are for a humanitarian project in Promoting resilience & peaceful
   coexistence of communities an intervention supported by bread for the world (BFW).
2. All works shall be executed in accordance with the specifications and delivery location indicated
   above
3. The offered prices shall be quoted in USD only.
4. Bidders will be evaluated based on the following selection criteria:
   ✓ Proposal Submission Form duly completed and signed by the Candidate.
   ✓ Licences/Registrations: Valid registration or operating license permits from the Ministries
   of public works, Reconstruction & Housing at Federal Government of Somalia and at State
   level –Jubaland/ Belet-Hawa District.
   ✓ Tax compliance certificate: Submit evidence of valid State tax compliance certificate from
   Federal, state (Jubaland District Level (Belet-Hawa District)
   ✓ Statement of ownership: The company shall submit a signed public notary document
   stating the ownership of the company (a list of full names, positions contact details and
   shares)
