Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has been present in Somalia since early 2004 and has since expanded its Horn of Africa Program to Kenya in 2006 and to Ethiopia in 2011. Since 2004, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has demonstrated regional competence and expertise in working with displaced populations. NRC has mainly focused on Somalis who are displaced by the ongoing conflict and more recently by the drought and famine.

Description: EXTENSION OF IRRIGATION SCHEME (ONE 200CM GROUND STORAGE RCC TANK, PIPING SYSTEM (RISING AND DISTRIBUTION MAIN) 950 METERS) IN QAMQAM VILLAGE, KISMAYO DISTRICT, LOWER JUBA REGION.

Selection Criteria:

Interested suppliers who wish to submit their proposal should meet the below listed requirements.

1. Valid Government registration documents
2. a)Copy of Local Authority/Lower Juba registration certificate.
3. b)Copy of company registration from ministry of public works Jubaland state.
4. c)Copy of company registration from ministry of commerce and industries, Jubaland state.
5. d)Copy of tax compliance certificate from ministry of finance Jubaland state.
6. Proof of experience/ references (Copies of contracts/ POs/ completion certificates/ etc.)
7. Financial capacity - company updated bank statement for the last six months.
8. Delivery Time - (detailed Work schedule)
9. Updated and relevant Company profile including lists and CVs of Technical staff and lists of equipment.
10. Fully Completed tender bid documents (Section 2 – 9)
