TENDER NOTICE: Procurement of Hygiene Kits in Ceel-Bur and Burhakaba Districts of Galmudug and South West State, Somalia

Our programming has the distinct attributes of applying bottom-up approach that puts the communities at the center of our programs. 

Description of the Goods

WARDI is seeking to procure  a total of 6,652 hygiene kits, through qualified and eligible suppliers to disaster-affected households in Ceel-Bur District, Galmudug State (2,652 kits) and Burhakaba District, South West State (4,000 kits) under the CERF-funded project Provision of Lifesaving WASH Services to Disaster-Affected People in Somalia. WARDI invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the procurement and delivery of hygiene kits.

Each hygiene kit shall contain the following items;

• 20-litre plastic bucket, 1 peace per kit

• 20-litre non-collapsible jerrycan, 1 peace per kit 

• Bathing soap, 3 pieces per kit 

• Laundry soap, 5 pieces per kit

• Water Treatment Tablets (Aqua-tabs 67mg), 200 pieces per kit  

• Disposable sanitary pads, 1 pack per kit

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must submit:

• Signed and stamped financial offer. 
• Company profile. 
• Valid business registration. 
• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in supplying WASH kits or similar NFIs. 
• Signed and stamped technical specification sheet on company letterhead, including clear sample photos 
• Completed and signed tender annexes.
