Overall Job Purpose
Provide administrative support in the implementation of the RFL programme to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate the flow of RFL data and information from ICRC and Branches through the family links global network to trace missing persons and restore family links. Provide coordination support, organize meetings and maintain proper filing, storage and back -up system of programme documents.

Programme Assistance
· Provide support in the registration, counting, and sorting of RFL documents and messages received from the ICRC and branches.
· Enter RFL cases involving missing persons into the FLA Database; utilize established tools within the Family Links global network, such as Tracing Requests, Trace the Face, and RCM, to trace missing persons and restore family connections.
· Ensure proper review, handling, and filing of RFL cases following established procedures, with full respect for consent, beneficiary protection, and best interests.
· Conduct thorough checking and proofreading of incoming and outgoing RCMs to maintain accuracy and consistency.
· Coordinate pouch delivery, including collecting and dispatching RFL pouches between SRCS branches and the ICRC Somalia Delegation, as well as managing pouch transfers to and from the ICRC Somalia Office in Nairobi.
· Establish and maintain an organized filing, storage, and backup system for program documents and records, ensuring timely retrieval and dispatch when needed.
· Assist in drafting correspondence, memos, invitation letters, and emails as necessary.
· Arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other gatherings related to the program.
· Provide coordination support during emergencies and disasters.
Operations Management
• Assist with event planning and implementation support with programme counterparts
• Support logistic arrangements for project activities in coordination with the Administration Department
• Maintain proper inventory records of goods and equipment and ensure that relevant control systems are in place and complied with.
External Relationships/Partnerships
• Update and maintain contact lists essential for the RFL programme operations
• Attend relevant events to enhance RFL programme activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the SRCS Senior Management
Educational Qualifications & Professional Training
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or Logistics.
Professional Training
Project Management; Office Administration

Language Requirement
Demonstrate proficiency in Somali and English languages
Relevant Experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a humanitarian or development organization as well as experience in the field of protection, child protection, support to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, or social welfare
