Consultancy for Facilitating Financial Inclusion Barriers Campaign in Partnership with Advocacy Groups, Burco, Somaliland.
Founded in 1956, the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is Denmark’s largest, and a leading international NGO - one of the few with a specific expertise in forced displacement. In 40 countries 9,000 employees protect, advocate and build sustainable futures for refugees and other displacement affected people and communities.
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC), under the EU Breach-funded project through SomReP, and in coordination with Somaliland Chamber of Commerce, aims to address the barriers faced by youth, women, and minority groups in accessing training, finance, and mentorship opportunities in Burao IDP camps and Host Community. This initiative will facilitate discussions on inclusive finance, assess opportunities within business value chains, and promote sustainable livelihoods.
DRC would like to invite interested and qualified suppliers/vendors to submit their bids and other relevant support documents as indicated in the RFP document in the link below.

Sealing and Marking of Bids:
The technical and financial bids should be sealed in separated envelopes if submitting the bid in hard copy or separate emails if submitting electronically, clearly marking as either Technical Bid or Financial bid in the envelope or the subject of the email.
