7. The bidding document in English may be obtained free of charge by the interested
eligible bidder on the Somali Jobs website. The Bidding document consists of:
 Volume I: The Request for Bid (RFB)
 Volume II: Bill of Quantity attached as Annex-A
 Volume III: Drawings/ Design
 Volume IV: Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP)

1. Bids shall be submitted manually in a sealed envelope to the address below on or before 4 th Oct 2025. 10:30 AM Electronic submission of bids is not permitted. Bidders are
   required to submit one original hard copy along with a soft copy on a flash drive. Late  submissions will be rejected.
2. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders' designated representatives and any interested parties who choose to attend at the address below on 4 th Oct. at 11:00 AM Dhuusamareeb Local Time
3. All Bids must be accompanied by a BID-SECURING DECLARATION using the form included in Section IV, Bidding Forms.
4. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
