INVITATION FOR OPEN TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF THE DACARBUDHUQ WATER DAM IN SOMALILAND
DATE: 10th October 2024
NIS is looking for qualified contractors to undertake construction of Dacarbudhuq water dam in Somaliland.
All interested construction contractors are requested to submit their applications together with below listed support documentations and other specific requirements for evaluation.
✓ Valid registration or operating license permits from Ministry of Public Works Land and Housing of Somaliland.
✓ Valid Permit License from Ministry of water resources development
✓ Valid registration of Somaliland National Tender Board
✓ Tax compliance certificate: Submit evidence valid tax compliance certificate from Ministry of Finance Development of Somaliland.
✓ Proof/evidence of company ownership: all bidders shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company including names, positions/titles, contacts details and shares owned.
Kindly attach only the proof of the 3 contracts/projects implemented with Somaliland government, INGO’s or UN Agencies for the below table.
Table 1 Please note to submit three (3) major relevant contracts and fill the below table.
All interested contractors are required to send electronically all the above support documents/requirements to NIS Foundation latest by 23rd October 2024 before or on 11:59PM (Local time) mid-night through this email: Nis.procurement1@nis-foundation.org documents received after deadline will not be considered.
