ABOUT ACTIONAID INTERNATIONAL SOMALILAND

ActionAid International is a global justice Federation working in about 70 countries across the world to achieve social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication. ActionAid is currently registered in Somaliland with the Ministry of National Planning and Development. We have been operating in Somaliland for over 32 years with most operations concentrated in 4 out of 6 regions in Somaliland. We work directly in many communities across our operational areas with people’s organizations, women’s movements, youth activists, and networks, social movements, and other allies to overcome the structural causes and consequences of poverty and injustice. We connect the work we do at community level with broader efforts and struggles for justice at the national, regional, and global level to make the greatest contribution towards a just, equitable and sustainable world.

INTRODUCTION

ActionAid International Somaliland is soliciting expressions of interest and submission of prequalification applications from qualified Travel Agencies based in Somaliland. The Travel Agency should be able to provide air ticketing and other related services. All the quotations should be sealed, stamped, and submitted to ActionAid Hargeisa office at the latest on Sunday, 2 February 2025. The successful bidder will be given a one-year contract.

2. The bidder shall quote prices in USD only. 
   1. The selected Agency will work for ActionAid Somaliland for one year.
   2. The selection process depends on the eligibility criteria and all quoted travel agencies have equal opportunity.
