Role Overview:
The Project Manager (Team Leader) will oversee the Damal Caafimad Project's health activities in Somalia. This role involves leadership, management, and technical guidance to the health team, ensuring the development and execution of top-quality services. Responsibilities include program oversight, program reporting, internal and external coordination, public relations, and program monitoring.

Qualifications:
· An advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MPA) is required.
· Minimum of ten years of experience in health service delivery management.
· Experience managing essential health service delivery in Somalia is strongly preferred.
· Proven leadership and project management skills.
· Strong analytical, diplomatic, and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel, including to remote areas.
· At least three years of experience working with governments and partners in fragile contexts.
· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information in both written and oral form for use across different audiences.
