PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROVSION OF GOODS AND SERVICE FOR PERIOD 2025-2026 IN Puntland and Mogadishu

Windle International Somalia (abbreviated as WISOM) is an INGO registered and with operational presence in Somalia since 2018. WISOM is a member of Windle International with its headquarters in the UK with over 45 years’ experience in delivering Education and other integrated Programs for refugees, the needy and conflict affected communities in East Africa.

In Somalia, Windle supports displaced and vulnerable youths on Education, Training and Resilience Programme with cross cutting interventions on Empowerments, Peace and Climate adaptation. The implementations of these programmes are made possible through the generous support of the bilateral, Multilateral and foundations. Windle International Somalia forged lasting partnership with Federal Government Somalia and Federal Member States that supported the delivery of our mission. The overall impact of these interventions has improved the life chances, economic and social well-being of vulnerable girls, boys, women and men and investment in the long-term capacity of their communities to build a peaceful future.

Windle intends to update its register for prequalified suppliers of various goods and services for the period 2025-2026 in their operational office in Puntland and Mogadishu.

To manage this process, the organization has appointed the procurements committee for this assignment. The pre-qualification process will therefore be conducted online, strictly using address pre-qualification-puntland@windle.organd for Mogadishu address pre-qualification-mogadishu@windle.org

Windle International Somalia invites applications from Interested & eligible suppliers (including current suppliers) for pre-qualification of supply of good and service to the organization for period between 2025-2026.

Below are the Requirements Documents

The application forms should contain the following documents as a folder.

• Category Registering from the list of categories- Annex 1
• Company profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address-Contain the name, telephone number and email address of the owner.
• Owner/s of the Company and Identification document (passport)
• Valid Registration of business License of Federal Government of Somalia and Federal Member State.
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
• Referees (At least three) that you have supplied to include organization name, contact person and a copy LPO or contract of supplies or work done.
• Updated bank statement for the last six months
