ACTED, implementing Multiple projects under Multiple donor funding, is inviting medical insurance service providers to submit offers for ACTED Somalia Staff Medical Cover & GPA for the period June 01, 2025 to May 31, 2026, as described in the below table:
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) can be requested for free by sending a requisition email to Somalia.tender@acted.org , cctender@acted.org.
All bids must be submitted on OR before 05/05/2025 at 5:00PM by E-mail to Somalia.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 08th May 2025 in ACTED representative office in Mogadishu, Somalia at 10:00 am (Mogadishu Time in ACTED office next to Peace Group Hotel).
All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via Somalia.tender@acted.org. within 2 weeks’ maximum after tender opening date.
