Candlelight for Health, Education & Environment (CLHE) has been implementing the Purchase of Animal restocking in Garbahaadlay in Awdal region.
The project is funded by Norwegian Development fund DF, BRAC Project and candlelight as their implementing partner.
In reflection to the above background, candlelight will carry on intervention to purchase of animals restocking , and so the target community will have sufficient animals for their needs. Candlelight therefore invites local suppliers to submit tenders to supply that items confirmed below and their related completion to the site stated above:

1. Completed Specification bid price Quotation - Annex
2. A valid copy of commercial license and valid tax clearance – attach
3. Company profile indicating full address, contact persons, key personnel – attach
4. Detailed bank statement for the Last six Months – attach
5. Certificates, recommendations, contracts of completion on similar previously completed works – attach

The interested companies are advised to collect the tender documents/ dossier which contain Instructions to Suppliers, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Terms and Conditions including Annexes can be collected from Candlelight Headquarter office in Hargeisa from 19th to 30th August 2025 between 7:30 am – 2:30 pm EAT. Sealed bid documents MUST be returned to Candlelight HQ Office in a sealed envelope clearly stating the company name and its contact address not later than 31st August 2025.

Transportation Cost is included; animals will be purchased in target villages and their surroundings.
