INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS & SERVICES (2026–2028)
Action Against Hunger (ACF) is an international humanitarian organization operating in more than 40 countries worldwide. ACF Somalia invites eligible, qualified and experienced suppliers and service providers to submit bids for establishment of Framework Agreements.
1. Valid business registration certificate from respective Authority based on specific location of interest.
2. Evidence of verifiable business address and operational presence.
3. Valid up to date Tax Clearance Certificate from the relevant authority from respective Authority based on Application location.
## 4.3 Bid Submission Instructions Bids may be submitted physically in sealed envelopes or electronically through the designated procurement email addresses.
The tender reference number and location must be clearly indicated.

Key Dates Bid Submission Deadline: **30th June 2026** at **4:30 PM (EAT**) The initial bid advertisement was from the **1st of June** to the **30th of June 2026.** This initial advertisement period has elapsed and due to the fact that we did not have sufficient bidders, the deadline will be extended by two weeks. The new deadline will be **15th of July 2026** at **4:30 PM (EAT)** Bid Opening: **27th July 2026** at **10:00 AM (EAT)**
