Task Establishment of the following facilities in Lughaya, Somaliland

1. A 3-Tonne Ice Flake Machine with 20ft Containerized Ice
   Storage.
2. A 20ft Solar-Powered Cold Room
   Description The Advancing Circular Technologies for Infrastructure and Value-chain
   Enhancement (ACTIVE) Project is an EU-funded initiative that strengthens
   Lughaya’s economic resilience by integrating renewable energy into
   agriculture, livestock, and fisheries value chains. By improving access to
   affordable and efficient energy, the project aims to boost productivity,
   competitiveness, and growth across key sectors.
   The project also promotes circular economy practices to reduce waste,
   improve resource use, and support sustainable agri-food value chains
   aligned with market demand.
   ADRA seeks to engage a contractor for the establishment of facilities that
   use renewable energy and that contribute to significantly improve the
   livelihoods of Lughaya fisheries traders through this invitation to bid.
