About Organization

KAALO Aid and Development (KAALO) is a community-based non-profit, humanitarian and development organization with its headquarters located in Garowe, Puntland in Somalia. The organization was established in 1991 just after the collapse of the Somali central government. The organization has been in existence for 33 years with a successful record in implementing Hundreds of programs and projects in both the emergency and the development sector in Somalia

KAALO is looking for a qualified Contractor, with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works to submit their offers against Framework Agreement for Staff Medical Insurance for 1 years 2025-20256

Tender Procedures and Instruction

1. Bid Application document with detailed specifications and conditions are available and Downloadable from this Link Download NOW.
2. Completed Bid documents shall be retuned and deposited in the tender box provided at the entrance of the office. 
3. Any tender document not deposited in the tender box shall be disqualified.
4. Bidder should sign tender registration form which will indicate the date bids were deposited to the tender box.
5. Partial Documents will not be accepted 
6. Tender envelop should be sealed with reference number and stamped.
7. All bid documents should be written in English.

THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS ARE:

1. Copy of Certificate of Registration/License 
2. Tax Clearance Letter
3. Bank Statement for the last three months in the name of the
4. A minimum of Five contracts, completion, recommendation, and reference letters from previous or current clients 
5. Filled Quotation price in the provided Request for Proposal[1]
6. Company/Business Profile
7. List of Health Service providers(Hospital) in all territorial coverage.

NB. A falsification or Misrepresentation of documents and information will result an automatic disqualification.
