SUBJECT: Invitation to Tender – Ina Afmadoobe and Caynaba Site Construction

Dear Mr/Ms 

Following your enquiry regarding the publication of the above-mentioned invitation to tender, please find enclosed the following documents, which constitute the tender dossier.

Any request for clarification must be received by NFOC in writing at least 5 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NFOC will reply to bidders' questions at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.

If you decide not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.

Please: Note that all CINA AFMADOBE AND CAYNABA SITE CONSTRUCTIONonstruction Companies from Burco and Caynabo will have the first priority if they provide a reasonable offer.
