How To Apply

1. Submission of bids
   Bids should be submitted at in either of the two ways:
2. Sealed Bids as follows:
   o One Envelope containing the Administrative and Technical Documents
   o One Envelope containing the Financial Offer
   o Should be received at:
    Concern Hargeisa Office – Masala Area, Airport Off-Road between
   9AM and 5 PM – Sunday to Thursday.

o Each envelope must be only marked with “Not to be opened before 25 th ofNovember 2025 at 10:00 AM, the Tender Reference Number
FWA/CONCERN/SL/VEH/2025/NOV.
o Any Other marks found on the envelope identifying the company (stamps, signature, company branded envelopes…) will disqualify the application

Tender Dossier - Letter Of Invitation To Tender Concern Worldwide- Somaliland

Upon submission of the bid, the bidder will sign a bid receipt register, and in the presence of the tenderer, a Concern staff member will write the time and date of receipt on the envelope, the receiver's signature and bid number. The tender envelope will be placed in a locked cabinet in Admin department. All bids must be delivered by hand at Concern Hargeisa office at the above address before tender closing date specified above.

 If sending multiple emails in your submission, each one should preferably be numbered (e.g. Email #2 of 4)

o The Financial Offer document should be sent in a separate email, and the Subject Line should contain “FWA/CONCERN/SL/VEH/2025/NOV –
Financial Documents” 
o All attachments must be in PDF format or scanned documents
 o Documents sent via Google docs, wetransfer or links will not be accepted
o All emails must be received before the deadline or else the submission is considered submitted after the deadline and will be disqualified.
