INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF 60

IMPROVED GALA GOAT BREEDS IN KISMAYO.

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing Livelihood project in Jubaland. In reference to this, ALIGHT/ARC invites tender from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:

1. a)Official Quotation with company’s letter head, stamp and signed in the attached BOQ provided no revisions allowed after submitted.

1. b)Delivery lead time

1. c)Fill completely including all attached forms.

1. d)Certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority.

1. e)Company profile

1. f)Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts and emails of at least three referees.

1. g)Proof of the above must be provided at least three contracts.

1. h)Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last 6 months.

1. i)Submission of Tax compliance certificate

Additional information

(iv)             Tender will be opened thereafter immediately in the presence of procurement committee

(v)               Selected Vendor will notify through email after completion of paperwork

(vi)             Selected vendor will receive his/her service amount after 100% completion of contract
