Islamic Relief Somalia is an international humanitarian organization that has been working in Puntland since 2006. We are committed to achieving our core vision of caring for the people of concern in all countries where we work. Our goal is to provide vulnerable communities in Puntland with access to basic needs including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Livelihood Support.
Islamic Relief Somalia has been implementing the Ramadan2026 seasonal project which aims to help livelihood enhancement of vulnerable families in Somalia during the holy month of Ramadan in Puntland Somalia.

Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address - this carries an evaluation mark of 5%.
Most recent Bank statements (printed in last 6months), with full details of account movement - this carries an evaluation mark of 25%.
Valid Commercial License from the Ministry of Commerce – Puntland - this carries an evaluation mark of 3%.
Tender Board Registration – Puntland - this carries an evaluation mark of 1%.
Tax Clearance from the Ministry of Finance – Puntland - this carries an evaluation mark of 1%.
Evidence of Past Experience in a similar/relevant work (Food Supplies, etc.) E.g. (LPOs/Contracts, etc.) - this carries an evaluation mark of 25%.
Supplier within the budget - this carries an evaluation mark of 40%.
Currency: USD Dollars
Payments: Complete payment (100%) of the contract value will be paid once after the completion of 100% of the supply and distribution of the Ramadan food items and submitted the completion report.
Completeness of documentation: Partial bids will not be accepted.
Language: English
Bids: Bids should be submitted on the IRS RFQ signed and fully stamped.
Evaluations of Quotations: Only responsive bidders to the technical specifications of the bid will be evaluated.
Award of a Purchase Order/Contract: PO/Contract will be awarded to the lowest acceptable priced technically qualified bidder. The successful bidder will sign a Contract (Purchase Order) as per the Islamic Relief Somalia General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Goods or Services.
