Invitation to Bid No.: ITB-SOM-CO-26-005 – Supply and Delivery of NFI – Hygiene Kits, Shelter Kits, Sanitation/Site Maintenance Tools and Dignity Kits under Purchase Agreement
Dear Sir/Madam:
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received and is anticipating grants from several Donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in Somalia. For Smooth Running of this Operation, DRC is looking for Suitable Suppliers to Supply and Deliver NFI – Hygiene Kits, Shelter Kits, Sanitation/Site Maintenance Tools and Dignity Kits under a Purchase Agreement.
Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of the item(s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.
When Bids are emailed, the following conditions shall be complied with:
The ITB number shall be inserted in the Subject Heading of the email as indicated below

Separate emails shall be used for the ‘Financial Bid’ and ‘Technical Bid’, and the Subject Heading of the email shall indicate which type the email contains
Bidders Applying for More than One Lot can Submit all Financial Bids in one Separate email ensuring the Bids are clearly labelled to indicate which Lots they are for. Failure to clearly identify documents will result in disqualification of the Bid
Bid documents required, shall be included as an attachment to the email in PDF, JPEG, TIF format, or the same type of files provided as a ZIP file. Documents in MS Word or excel formats, will result in the bid being disqualified.
Email attachments shall not exceed 4MB; otherwise, the bidder shall send his bid in multiple emails.
Failure to comply with the above may disqualify the Bid.
