Bidders are advised that each bidder should normally apply for only one lot under this tender. Bidders are required to provide complete and accurate contact information, including the company name, contact person, email address, and telephone number. This information will be used by SCI to communicate any amendments, clarifications, addenda, meeting invitations, or other important information related to this tender process. SCI shall not be responsible for any missed communication resulting from incomplete or inaccurate registration details.
Submission of Bids
All bids must be submitted electronically to Somaliland.Tenders@savethechildren.org in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
The email subject line should read: “ITT Extension of Somaliland National College of Education (SLNCE), and Construction of Burao Teacher Resource Centre (TRC) in Somaliland”
All attached documents should be clearly labelled. The maximum email size is 15 MB; larger submissions may be split into multiple emails. Please note that this is a secure tender mailbox and should not be used for clarification requests. Bidders must not copy any other SCI email addresses when submitting their bids, as this may invalidate the submission.
Submission Deadline
21 July 2026 at 4:00 PM (EAT – Hargeisa Local Time) and tender will be opened 22 July 2026 at 10:00am
Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their bids well in advance of the deadline. Late submissions or submissions affected by internet connectivity issues, system delays, or other technical challenges will not be considered.
