Disposal of Scrap Materials

DP World is a world leader in global supply chain solutions, specializing in cargo logistics, port terminal operations, maritime services, and free zones. DP World Berbera Port is a key integrated maritime, logistics, and industrial hub serving the Horn of Africa region.

DP World Berbera hereby invites sealed bids from interested, eligible and qualified contractors, suppliers and disposal companies for disposal of scrap materials. Interested bidders are encouraged to participate in the official site visit and inspection process prior to bid submission.

Important Tender Instructions

• Interested bidders shall conduct a physical inspection and site visit during the allocated tender period.
• All transportation, dismantling, loading, cutting, lifting, municipality charges, customs duties and related costs shall be fully borne by the successful bidder.
• DP World Berbera shall not be responsible for any operational, transportation or governmental charges related to disposal or removal activities.
• Detailed disposal/equipment information and supporting schedules will be made available during the official site visit period.
• All submitted bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the tender reference number and hand-delivered before the stated closing date and time.
• Late submissions or incomplete submissions shall not be considered.
