How can you make a difference?
1. Conduct an end-term evaluation of NSP 2024–2028 (relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, equity/rights, sustainability, humanitarian adaptations), explicitly interrogating youth-heavy KVP profiles, home-based hotspots, and health-system drivers of non-consensual disclosure and stigma.2. Analyze cascades and systems: HTC yield, linkage, ART coverage/retention, viral load suppression, PMTCT/EID, TB/HIV, STI, harm reduction for PWID/PWUD; PSM/eLMIS, lab/EQA, HRH, digital/DHIS2-HIV Tracker, data quality/use. Include same-day ART start proportions and VL/EID access bottlenecks where data permit.3. Identify geographic and population inequities, legal/policy barriers, and stigma/discrimination; propose targeted rights-based interventions and confidentiality safeguards in facilities.4. Synthesize lessons and priority shifts for 2027–2030 (including Global Fund GC8 trajectories and fiscal space).5. Co-develop a costed NSP 2027–2030 with: strategic priorities, delivery models (facility/community/outreach/DICs), governance, human rights/gender approach, results framework & indicator dictionary, M&E & surveillance plan, risk & sustainability plan, and a detailed operational plan
